EPS Cares - Employee Childcare Program

EPS Cares

Dear Parents and Families,

I am thrilled and delighted to introduce myself as the new Director for the Enid Public Schools Employee Childcare.  My name is Courtney Reuss, I have 5 years of experience working in early childhood education and a degree in early childhood development. I have a passion for working with families and making a difference in the lives of young children. I have 2 children of my own and have been lucky enough to get to work directly with them throughout their early childhood.  I understand the impact that a teacher can have on children and how important it is to have a loving, caring, and nurturing environment for them.

I will be working hard throughout the summer to build a center dedicated to fostering children’s growth and development through hands on experiences and activities. Through play we will guide children to help them naturally develop social/emotional, cognitive, physical and language skills. School administrators and I will also be searching for the perfect caregivers to add to our team!

It is my mission to provide EPS employees and support staff with a childcare for their children that supports and empowers their families through respectful, reciprocal relationships between teachers, children, and families and that involves parents in their children’s development and learning. “It takes a village to raise a child.” I am so excited to get to be a part of all your villages!

Please feel free to contact me at any time with any questions regarding the new EPS employee childcare. If you are interested in enrolling your child, please fill out the pre enrollment form and e-mail it back to me at I will be keeping parents updated as things come along with the childcare and look forward to meeting everyone!

Warm regards,

Courtney Reuss
