Applications

Apply for EPS Foundation Programs

Please use the following forms to apply for our available programs. If you have any questions regarding Foundation programs and resources please contact us at foundation@enidk12.org.

Teacher Scholarship Applications are due August 2, 2021 (Fall Semester), January 3, 2022 (Spring Semester) and May 2, 2022 (Summer Session). Transcripts and letters of recommendation can be scanned and submitted with your application or emailed separately by you or the issuer. Alternately, applications and supporting material can be submitted through school mail or traditional mail to PO Box 3325, Enid, OK 73702.

Teacher Grant Applications are due October 1, 2021 and February 1, 2022. NEW for the 2021-22 school year, teacher groups of two or more may apply for up to $2,000 per request. Individual teacher grant request limits remain at $1,000 per request. Teachers may apply for a maximum of five requests per semester, either as part of a group or individually. 

The Vicki and Kevin Davis Scholarship application deadline is January 26, 2022. Please email completed application to foundation@enidk12.org or deliver in person to the counselor’s office. Transcripts and letters of recommendation can be scanned and submitted with your application or emailed separately by you or the issuer. Please include your name and “Davis Scholarship” in the subject line to ensure your application is filed correctly.
